Counter the Stress
It takes just as much energy to fall into worry and fear, as to believe things will get better. Our mindset is so important to our overall well-being.  The words we speak have a direct impact on our state of mind and wellness. 

How do we work to maintain a positive mindset when we are 24/7 bombarded with negative news and worse case scenarios? Well, we need to limit that negativity that is coming in. Of course it is good to be aware of things, but is it really necessary to replay over and over negative information?  

Are we making sure that we are also taking in beautiful and uplifting information?  Are we reflecting on our own lives to see how we have walked so many challenges in our lives, and yet we were able to get through those times and be all the stronger for it, and even better!

I truly believe that all things work for the good, even those things that may not at the time seem good. That is not to say I take a passive role, quite the opposite. I do the best I can to better a situation, pray a lot, and then know that God has me in the palm of his hands.

Controlling your thoughts and focusing on a positive outcome, will change the outcome of your life for the better.
